What you should know:
Payments will be verified typically on Saturdays. Please do not email me asking if I have received the payment. I will reach out to you before cancelling your order if I have not received the payment.
International orders with free shipping is available for spores only. Free shipping will be mailed, untracked in a letter envelope. Tracked shipping is available internationally if you would like cultures. However, this is at your own discretion and will not be replaced if lost due to customs. If you order something that does not fit in a letter envelope, you MUST select tracked shipping at checkout. Otherwise your order will be cancelled. Grains, substrates, and kits are not available internationally. If you live in a country where the parcel is unlikely to arrive to you, like South Africa for example, please reach out by email to phenodreamers@gmail.com and we will ship through DHL or UPS. Registered Mail is now available as well for countries with a low success rate. This is guaranteed shipping.
General Shipping is not available for Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Libya, Niue, Russian Federation, South Sudan. However, we will still mail letter envelopes to these locations, but this is at your own discretion, and will NOT be replaced.
General orders are made to order and typically started and/or shipped on Saturdays before noon, Central USA time. For example, if you order an agar culture on a Sunday, more than likely your plate will not be made until the following Saturday and then shipped 2 or more weeks later. Most orders, aside from spores and liquid cultures, will typically take a month or two to arrive to you depending on your location.
If you do not add an email address at checkout, there is no way to notify you when your order has shipped.
What about quality assurance? From time to time you may notice a very tiny cut out of your agar dish that you received. This is a quality assurance check. Meaning the section was taken to check, microscopically, for contaminations and hyphae clamps.
Warning: The cultivation of psilocybin containing mushrooms is illegal in many areas of the world. We source all research products from a third party whom is responsible for the cultivation under a legal status. Any questions or comments regarding the cultivation of psilocybin containing mushrooms, and your order will be denied and/or immediately refunded. The use of these products for microscopy research purposes however, is legal in most states of the US and countries. Any orders to California, Georgia, Idaho, and Florida may be denied.
